BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2021-2024 Ford F150 trucks factory equipped with CCD (Continuously Controlled Damping) with a 6-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.
This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers top mounted strut spacers multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets brake line brackets alignment cam bolts supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.
In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along with shock relocation brackets to maintain the factory CCD shocks.

Associated Comments:
- Will not work with an aftermarket Upper Control Arm kits that do not have provisions for both driver and passenger side ride height sensors.
- 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
- 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance.
- Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
- Block replaces factory 1-1/4" block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
- Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
- Does NOT fit diesel models.
- Will not work with Tremor models.
- Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
