- Supercrew models with 4 bed do not require the add-a-leaf 113219.
- All wheel drive models will require front driveshaft modification.
- Stock 17s will not fit back on vehicle. Stock 18s and 20s do fit with stock tires.

- Although unusual a 123609 rear driveshaft spacer may be required.
- Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
